Stop forcing every client into the same dashboard.
Different clients care about different outcomes. Different channels need different context. Different stakeholders need different levels of detail.
Yet agency reporting is often squeezed into whatever the reporting tool can produce.
We build reporting systems around the client’s actual business — not the limitations of a template.
Highest contribution to pipeline this month.
Strong lead volume but lower SQL rate.
Attribution connected to CRM opportunity data.
The reporting environment should answer the commercial questions the client and account team actually need to make decisions.
Show the information that matters. Leave out the information that doesn’t.
We build bespoke reporting environments that combine the right data, KPIs and commercial context into one clear view for the agency and client.
Most dashboards show data. Fewer help anyone make a decision.
Platforms make it easy to display clicks, impressions, spend and conversions.
But clients often care about pipeline, sales quality, revenue, regional performance, stock, profitability or something else entirely.
Reporting should reflect the business model — not just the advertising platforms.
Media, analytics, CRM, sales and business data are often viewed separately.
The metrics change, but the reporting logic rarely reflects how the client actually operates.
More information often creates less clarity.
Lead, sale and revenue quality can remain disconnected from campaign reporting.
Build reporting your clients actually use.
Bring the right data, KPIs and commercial context into one clear reporting environment.
Move from platform reporting to business reporting.
Bring campaign, analytics and commercial data together in one clear view of performance, contribution and outcomes.
One Reporting System
Multiple data sources. One useful view.
Bring your data together, organise it around the KPIs that matter, and give your team and clients a clear view of performance.
Reporting
System
Data connections, transformation, KPI logic, commercial calculations and purpose-built dashboard views.
The person optimising the campaign does not need the same dashboard as the CEO.
Good reporting changes depending on who is looking at it.
Account teams may need campaign depth. Marketing leaders may need channel contribution. Directors may need pipeline, revenue and commercial trend.
Each reporting view should match the person using it.
Reporting becomes part of the service. Not just a monthly deliverable.
A strong reporting system gives the agency and client a shared view of performance, priorities and commercial outcomes.

We design the reporting model before we design the dashboard.
A good dashboard is the final layer. First we need to understand the users, questions, data sources and decisions the system has to support.
Start with the questions
Identify users, decisions, client objectives, KPIs and reporting requirements.
Connect the data
Define sources, transformations, calculations and data relationships.
Create the reporting system
Develop the dashboard environment, views and supporting data layer.
Put it into client delivery
Validate with real data, train users and refine the reporting experience.

15+ years of reporting, analytics and campaign delivery shapes how these systems are built.
I’ve built reports, analysed campaign performance, worked with GA4 and paid media data, and spent years turning platform numbers into something clients and account teams can actually use.
That experience makes it easier to spot where reporting becomes fragmented, where teams are manually pulling numbers together and where important commercial context gets lost between platforms.
The result is a reporting system built around the questions your clients ask, the KPIs your team manages and the decisions people need to make.

The obvious questions.
How is this different from Reporting Automation?
Reporting Automation focuses on removing the recurring work involved in preparing, checking and distributing reports. Custom Reporting Systems focuses on the reporting environment itself — the data model, dashboard, client portal and views people use. A project can include either one or both.
Can the dashboard combine advertising and CRM data?
Yes, where suitable data access is available. This can allow reporting to move beyond leads and conversions into qualified opportunities, sales, revenue and pipeline.
Does every client need a completely different dashboard?
No. Agencies can use a shared reporting framework with client-specific modules, KPIs and views where appropriate. The system should be configurable without creating unnecessary complexity.
Can dashboards be branded for our agency?
Yes. Where the chosen architecture supports it, reporting environments can be designed around your agency branding and client experience.
Are dashboards updated live?
They can be near-real-time or refreshed on an agreed schedule depending on the data sources, APIs, architecture and commercial need. Faster is not automatically better if the underlying data does not require continuous refresh.
Give your clients a reporting system worth logging into.
Map the information your clients and account teams need, connect the right data sources and build a reporting environment around the decisions they make.
