Your agency can handle more without adding more people.
Your agency already has the people, expertise, data and tools. We build systems that help them work together, so your team spends less time on repetitive tasks and has more time for other work. We also help you use your expertise to attract qualified enquiries.

Less friction. More capacity.
Your team spends less time repeating tasks, rebuilding work and checking things manually.
We had strong people spending far too much time on reporting, checking and repetitive production work. The systems we introduced have taken a significant amount of that workload away and given the team more time to focus on clients and performance.
The biggest difference is consistency. Tasks that previously depended on somebody remembering to do them are now handled automatically, and the team only gets involved when there is something that genuinely needs attention.
What worked for us was that the process started with how the agency actually operates. The systems fit around our existing tools and workflows, which meant we could improve output without adding another layer of complexity for the team.

15+ years of reporting, analytics and campaign delivery shapes how these systems are built.
I’ve built reports, analysed campaign performance, worked with GA4 and paid media data, and spent years turning platform numbers into something clients and account teams can actually use.
That experience helps me spot gaps in reporting and tasks where teams still have to pull figures together manually. I also look for business context that gets lost when data comes from different platforms.
The result is a reporting system built around the questions your clients ask, the KPIs your team manages and the decisions people need to make.

What agencies usually want to know first.
Usually, no. Efficiency Engine is built around the platforms already embedded in your agency — including tools such as Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot, WordPress, OpenAI and automation platforms. The aim is to remove the manual work between those systems, not force the team into an entirely new stack.
The existing workflow is mapped before anything is automated. That means the useful parts of your process stay intact while repetitive production, checking and handoff work is removed around them. Implementation is designed to reduce friction for the team rather than introduce another process they have to manage.
Ownership depends on the engagement model, but it is agreed before implementation begins. Where systems are built for agency ownership, the relevant workflows, scripts, documentation and access are handed over so the agency is not unnecessarily dependent on Efficiency Engine to keep using what has been built.
Automation needs to be treated as infrastructure rather than a one-off build. Systems are designed so that changes can be identified, diagnosed and updated when platforms, APIs or internal workflows evolve. Ongoing maintenance can also be included where the agency wants Efficiency Engine to continue supporting the system after launch.
Access is limited to what is required for the system being built. Client information, account data and commercially sensitive agency workflows are treated as confidential, and public examples are anonymised where necessary. Systems can also be delivered discreetly where the agency does not want clients exposed to the underlying automation or implementation process.
